What's in it
- All 128 civics questions in official USCIS order, grouped by section.
- Every accepted answer for each question, with the one we suggest you memorize listed first.
- The 20 questions on the 65/20 version marked with a star. There's also a one-sheet PDF of just those 20.
- The current President, Vice President, Speaker, and Chief Justice as of the date printed on the sheet. Those change; confirm at uscis.gov/citizenship/testupdates the week of your interview.
Which test is this for?
The 2025 test (128 questions, up to 20 asked, 12 to pass), which applies if you filed Form N-400 on or after October 20, 2025. If you filed earlier, you take the 2008 test of 100 questions; almost all of them are in this list too, in similar wording.
A PDF is for reading. The test is spoken.
Print the sheet, keep it on the fridge, but don't stop there. At the interview the officer asks the questions out loud and you answer out loud, and people who only read the list often freeze when asked. The free trainer on this site reads every question aloud and waits for you to answer; ten minutes a day for a couple of weeks and the list stops being a list.
